Adrienne Bailon Has Already Lost 15 Pounds for Her Wedding

If you need some pre-wedding fitness inspiration, look no further than actress Adrienne Bailon. The bride-to-be just revealed that she’s lost at least 15 pounds, giving fans a sneak peek of her toned figure. So how did 33-year-old do it? She attributes her success to a product called Fit Tea.

“Well folks, I've lost 15lbs & counting! Can't stop. Won't stop. Focused! Ha,” she wrote on Instagram. “It's always tea time in my dressing room! Loving my detox with @fittea! Have you joined me?! Um, it's November 1st! The perfect time to start! Stay classy lol. XO."

Bailon, who’s been having a blast planning her upcoming wedding to Israel Houghton, also showed off her new dressing room at The Real, which is basically the size of our entire apartment. Serious #goals.

“I thank you guys for all your encouraging words!” the former Cheetah Girl continued.

A few weeks ago, Bailon treated us to pics of her Parisian-themed wedding shower at Fig & Olive in N.Y.C., where she and Houghton posed together for a series of swoon-worthy pics.

Shortly after Bailon jetted off to Paris—where she and Houghton got engaged—to celebrate her birthday and couldn’t stop showing off her 8-carat emerald cut diamond engagement ring worth an estimated $750K.
