Gossip Girl Turns 10! Reminisce With the Show's Top Fashion Moments
Gossip Girl rule #1: While back-stabbing, scheming, and participating in general debauchery, one must always be dressed to the nines.
Ten years after the masterpiece show's premiere (yes, that's today—try not to feel old), Gossip Girl not only conjures up images of NSFW hook ups and heavy doses of teenage blackmail but also over-the-top fashun. From Blair's infamous headbands to Serena's high hemlines, Gossip Girl spawned many of our favorite '00s trends and helped many a private school girl reinvent her boring school uniform.
But when it comes to our very favorite GG looks, only two women can hold the title of Most Memorable. Obviously, I'm talking about Serena Van Der Woodsen (Blake Lively) and Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester). Sorry, Little J, your handmade dresses showed promise but don't quite make the cut here.
Scroll down for S and B's best, most extravagant outfits that still inspire us.

Blair and Serena In Eleanor Waldorf Designs
After skipping out on Eleanor's photo shoot, and running off with the clothes that were supposed to be photographed, Blair and Serena looked chic AF in their own impromptu shoot near Central Park. And yes, this is the episode in which B and S pretty much invent the selfie.

Serena's Cotillion Dress
These debs wouldn't be caught dead in boring white dresses. Metallics only on the Upper East Side.

Blair's Cotillion Dress
No headband in this look, but the giant bow on her sleeve definitely makes up for it.

Serena's Studio 54 Party Dress
We want a remake of Gossip Girl but set in the '70s just so Serena can wear looks like this one all the time.

Cute cardigans (and headbands of course) are a great way to dress up a humdrum school uniform.

Blair's Party Dress
From the look on Blair's face, and her phone in hand, we know she's about to do some serious scheming. Those sleeves contain her secrets.
