AOC Gave the Details on the Makeup She Wore During Her DNC Speech
We were all wondering TBH.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has never shied away from dropping her makeup routine when asked, and her most recent appearance was no different. The congresswoman gave the roll call speech for Bernie Sanders during the Democratic National Convention on Tuesday night, calling for an end to racial and social inequality in the United States.
During the speech, AOC wore a boat neck magenta dress and gold drop earrings. She matched her makeup to her look with a dark pinkish shade of lipstick. One inquiring viewer who was a fan of the look replied to her speech, writing, "I've been dying to ask you a girl to girl question—what color lipstick were you wearing last night and who makes it? I'm OBSESSED with that color!" AOC replied, "I got you! It’s Tarte matte tint in Envy."
Ocasio-Cortez gave a moving 90-second speech that touched on the many progressive values that voters are looking for in the next president. Though her seconding of Sanders confused many — it was part of convention rules and she was asked to do it — she cleared it up in a tweet congratulating Joe Biden on his nomination. "Congratulations, @JoeBiden - I deeply look forward to fighting for our future together and reclaiming our democracy in November," she wrote.
