When photographers captured him shirtless on the Baywatch set, the actor took control of the situation by posting the swoon-worthy photos to his own Instagram account. In the snaps, Efron completes an obstacle course and swings from ropes and flies through the air—without a wire. “Nothing like a little #NinjaWarrior training to start the day. Months and months of training for this moment…” he wrote in the caption of one impressive photo: His washboard abs obviously required a lot of hard work in the gym, but what did he chow down on post-workout? Efron took to Twitter Tuesday night to reveal the contents of his Baywatch diet. “Nine days of absolutely zero carbs & sugar. Only organic grass fed/free range protein and organic leafy greens,” he tweeted. Clearly his restrictive diet paid off, as shown by his sculpted abs. But afterwards, the star was ready to indulge. “Which lead to… #Cheatday” he followed in his next tweet. And following nine days of dieting, he was craving, well, practically everything! “Devoured a steak, 4 side potatoes/veggies, macncheese, 3 desserts, bread/butter, brick o cheese & caviar,” he wrote. With such crazy preparation to get in insane Baywatch shape, we’d say Efron’s cheat day was definitely well deserved.
