If you're headed to the Golden Globes this Sunday, make sure you're hungry. While most awards shows seat guests stadium style, attendees of the Globes sit around tables instead, where they'll sip champagne and eat a delicious three-course meal while watching Amy Poehler and Tina Fey banter on stage. Not quite your typical dinner and a show. If you're wondering what guests will be nibbling on during the Globes, the Beverly Hilton, where the show has taken place for the past four decades, is giving you a sneak peek.

Guests like Jennifer Aniston, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Amy Adams will start off with a modern waldorf salad with lemon emulsion dressing (above), followed by roasted onion-marinated filet mignon and slow-baked arctic char with potato croquette, heirloom cherries and tomato fondue, and black tuscan kale (below). And why have one desert when you can have three? Attendees will be served a trio of cassis lemon cheesecake, chocolate alliance salted caramel, and hazelnut dacquoise (top). That, plus 400 magnums of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2004.

"This year's menu showcases the fresh, local produce that we always use here at the Beverly Hilton with exciting yet balanced flavors," says Troy N. Thompson, the hotel's executive chef. "I take great pride in creating this menu for the Golden Globe Awards that's as extraordinary as the awards ceremony itself."
