Is that you, Sinéad? The Irish singer, who has historically favored haircuts of the bald variety, has done a complete 360 for her new album. On the cover (above, right) of I'm Not Bossy, I'm the Boss, O'Connor rocks a short black bob, complete with blunt bangs. The "Nothing Compares to You" singer dons an ultra-sexy, figure-hugging leather dress in the photo.

Sheryl Sandberg's Ban Bossy campaign, which aims to ban the word bossy and encourage girls to lead, inspired the title of O'Connor's record. It drops Aug. 12 and is the singer's 12th studio album.

Last week, O'Connor released the first single, "Take Me to Church," along with another new look: this time she opted for a long auburn wig and short red leather dress. But, don't let her new looks fool you. The single shows that O'Connor still has the voice that made her famous. Listen to it here and tell us, what do you think of Sinead's new look?
