Situated on an emerging stretch of Sunset Boulevard in Echo Park, vintage boutique Collection houses some of the best old-school denim in the city. Owner Elizabeth Parks Kibbey, a life-long collector of secondhand goods, offers a finely edited inventory in her shop, with a focus on both timeless classics and current trends.

Aside from the racks of vintage Levi’s and Wranglers (which Kibbey restocks often), you’ll find other treasures in the boutique, like frocks from Prada and Valentino, Miu Miu shirts, Issey Miyake tunics, and candles by D.S. & Durga. Since the selection of one-of-a-kind items frequently changes, Kibbey posts her latest and greatest finds on the shop’s Instagram account: @collection_us. Check it often and call dibs on your faves (then hurry into the shop before someone else snags your newfound duds).

Collection also holds seasonal sales (sometimes up to 30-percent off) and often donates a percentage of proceeds to reputable causes, like the Women’s Refugee Commission and Peace Over Violence.

Before you venture to Echo Park though, take note of Collection's hours: Wednesday to Friday from 12-7 p.m., Saturday from 12-6 p.m., and Sunday from 12-5 p.m. Make a day of your visit by celebrating your bounty at the shop’s new neighbor, Eightfold Coffee, with an epic matcha latte and croissant.
