First Lady Michelle Obama definitely knows how to stand out in a row of presidents! Attending the 'Let Freedom Ring' event honoring the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King's 'I Have a Dream' speech, the First Lady stunned in a black flared frock with red scarlet flower detailing by Tracy Reese. As one of her go-to designers, Obama has worn a few of Reese designs—who could forget her silver and red frock from the Democratic National Convention? “I think Michelle Obama is a very inspiring woman and the opportunity to dress her has always been an honor for us,” the designer told last year. “She’s not dictated to by fashion or even her situation. She’s really been a modern First Lady in that she makes her own choices.” Not to mention a fashion icon! Love Obama's black and floral look? You can shop the dress for $498 at
