The CMT Music Awards are just a few days away, and you know what that means: It's time to prepare yourself for a night of epic performances and big wins.

If you're like us and don't want to miss a minute, we've got you. Here's everything you need to know about the show. 

When are the CMT Music Awards? 

Mark your calendars: The show will air live on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN.

How can I watch? 

The show will be broadcast on CMT, starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT. 

Who is hosting?

Country music group Little Big Town, which includes Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook, will take on hosting duties this year. 

Who is nominated? 

Florida Georgia Line, Jason Aldean, and Carrie Underwood are all tied for the most nods with four each. Meanwhile, for the first time ever, the awards show’s biggest award, Video of the Year, category features artists from other popular genres like Backstreet Boys and Justin Timberlake.

How are the winners chosen? 

The CMT Awards are chosen by the fans. The voting closed at 12:01 a.m. ET on June 4, so the winners for each category have been chosen and will be revealed in two days.

Who is performing?

You can look forward to seeing performances from the Backstreet Boys, Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Little Big Town, and Jason Aldean. There will also be some great duets from tour mates, including Dierks Bentley and Brothers Osborne, as well as Darius Rucker with Aldean, Luke Bryan and Charles Kelley.
