What’s Right Meow: These Cat-Motif Umbrellas Are a Rainy Day Essential
Bring on the April showers! In the midst of the rain-filled month, we’re currently coveting these bold, fun (and functional) cat-motif goods from The San Francisco Umbrella Company.
Founded in 2012 by Marc Brown, these rain-ready accessories have been popular season after season for providing a shield from drizzles to downpours. Every umbrella is hand-sewn and includes fun silhouette designs of critters in the animal kingdom, including our fave feline styles. With colors including sky blue, poppy red, and classic black, each umbrella is made with a heavy-duty canopy that strives to withstand even the breeziest of winds.
One of their first-ever styles was inspired by Brown’s cat, an orange Tabby named Buckley who has been with his family for 14 years. “We create all of our own designs, and the cat collection has become enormously popular thanks to the world of animal lovers,” Brown tells InStyle. We can’t wait to gear up for the next rain sesh with one of these purrfect wet weather essentials. Splash on!
