Daisy Ridley Is About to Give You Major Fitspo with Her "Fitness Friday" Workout
Daisy Ridley does not play games in the gym. The Star Wars star showed off her impressive workout moves in her latest "Fitness Friday" Instavideo post, pushing her body to the limit in the clip with heavy weights and one hardcore circuit training session.
"IT'S THE RETURN OF #fitnessfriday !!!!! This doesn't look that intense BUT today consisted of: warm up, 3 rounds of activators, 2 circuits of 3 rounds and a finisher of 20 seconds on 10 seconds on of 5 rounds. Really struggled and wanted to give up, @gravzy12 got me THROUGH! In it, she tackles a series of side lunges, kettlebell swings, challenging weighted ab exercises, and more in a black tank top, black printed leggings, and black tennis shoes, even flashing a smile as she goes through the moves (contrary to Ridley's caption, the workout looks very intense).
The actress has made it no secret she's all about knocking out tough workouts to keep her body in tip top shape. In her last Fitness Friday post in June, Ridley hit a set of weighted walking lunges outside a gym, then came back inside and sprinted on a treadmill, did more lunges, weight lifted and threw in some planks for good measure.
