After all, when preparing for a show where you show a lot of skin, you want to make sure what you're showing is in tip-top shape. Alessandra Ambrosio is walking in her 16th show this year, and is clearly a pro at getting prepared for the big day. "I do a lot of yoga through the year but a friend of mine told me to try Tracy Anderson and I went to the studio and I fell in love with it because it's all about music," she revealed. "I love music and it was all about dancing and I felt like a teenager dancing ... it brings me back to my clubbing days and you get to listen to music and sweat and be healthy." While the workout may sound fun, Ambrosio told us not to underestimate its intensity: "Its so hard, its on another level. It’s definitely the hardest workout I’ve ever done in my life." VIDEO: Get That Body: Alessandra Ambrosio's Abs Stella Maxwell, too, works hard to look not just thin, but fit, lean, and healthy for the show. "I train with my personal trainer most days and just try to eat really clean. It's for strength. I don’t do that much cardio because I'm already so thin, so my goal isn't to lose weight. it's to gain lean muscle." How Victoria’s Secret Angel Martha Hunt Fights the Urge to Skip Her Workout Ambrosio even brought some exercise equipment with her to the City of Light, "Pilates rings for the legs," she told InStyle, as well as, "ankle weights, which Tracy let me take from the studio so I get to work out in my room." Maxwell has also experienced the inner thigh burn thanks to the workout she hates to love, and loves to hate: "All the [exercises] with the bands around the ankles, omg they’re so killer and they’re so great for your ass but they hurt so bad." —with reporting by Kim Peiffer
