Victoria Beckham's New Collection is A Sweet Ode to Mothers and Daughters

We've always been a fan of little Harper Beckham's style and now her mom Victoria Beckham is finally designing clothes with her in mind. The pop star-turned-designer is turning her attention to the pint-sized set with an exciting new mother-daughter collection, which she announced on Twitter, and will be available April 23 exclusively on Shopbop.com.

But rather than tack on a few new extra pieces to her usual lines, the former Spice Girl is taking a novel approach: a sweet limited edition collection of matching frocks with proceeds to benefit Born Free Africa. According to its site, the organization is "a private sector-led initiative to end mother-to-child HIV transmission by December 31, 2015" with a bevy of headlining designers and models, like Tory Burch, Carolina Herrera and Gisele Bundchen, supporting the cause.

Surely Beckham and daughter Harper (in the photo above) will be apt models for the collection, and with Mother's Day just around the corner (May 11), you can snag a gift for mum early.

Victoria wasn't always the chic mom she is today; see her celebrity transformation from fresh-faced teenager to international taste-maker!
