She sings, she acts—and we're not sure what she's doing at the gym, but we want in! Earlier today, Vanessa Hudgens took to the streets of Los Angeles to go on a routine coffee run, though the outfit she was wearing was anything but basic. (Well, unless you're Rihanna.)
And though we paused to acknowledge the genius of those furry mules, we have to be honest, here. Vanessa's rock-hard abs have us slack-jawed. The newly minted So You Think You Can Dance judge is disciplined when it comes to her workouts: she once lost 20 pounds by hitting SoulCycle twice a day. She also fits yoga and Pilates into her busy schedule, and doesn't mess around when it comes to what she eats.
The 28-year-old confessed to People that she sticks to a diet of high fats and no carbs. "When I ate carbs, I would get that dip in the afternoon where I felt really sluggish," she told the mag. "When I’m off them, my energy stays consistent throughout the day." But, it's not all bread-free doom: the star also eats a whole avocado a day, to ensure that she gets enough healthy fats.
