The name Tom Ford instantly inspires everyone to stop what they’re doing and dress to the nines, stat.

That’s what the designer’s guests did on Wednesday night at his fall 2016 see-now, buy-now New York Fashion Week show in Manhattan. And while each of Mr. Ford’s guests stepped it up, 46-year-old actress Uma Thurman thoroughly impressed us. For the occasion, the star turned to a black, body-hugging dress with velvet sleeves designed by the talent himself.

Outside of the Seagram Building, once the home of the beloved Four Seasons Restaurant, Thurman threw the paparazzi into a frenzy as she posed for the cameras and rocked her strappy gold heels with a black clutch and minimal statement jewels. Her earrings twinkled for the cameras and the actress smiled as she sported a natural-looking glow with a slicked-to-the-side ‘do.

She also posed for a portrait at the event and, as expected, looked nothing but flawless.

In addition, Thurman spent time with fellow guest Diane von Furstenberg.
