Even if you didn't ace chemistry, you can still whip up this DIY exfoliating treatment, straight from Moursi herself, to smooth skin and slough off winter's dull remains.
First find a cup of whole-milk yogurt, which is soothing and "very nourishing," says Moursi, founder of Mila Moursi Advanced Skin Care and Skin Care Institute. Then combine it with one tablespoon of high quality raw sugar. (Can't find that particular sweet? Moursi suggests a walk through the aisles at Trader Joe's.) Take a few minutes and gently slather and rub it over your limbs in the shower before rinsing. If you're dealing with super-rough spots, say around elbows and knees, toss in two tablespoons of raw sugar to create a thicker mix, she says.
When you hop out of the tub, immediately apply a rich lotion or body oil (Moursi likes rose oil or even sesame) to seal in moisture and keep that skin supremely soft.
