Siri Pinter, TODAY Food contributor, mother to three “tiny people” (6-year-old Jack, 3-year-old Etta, and 1-year-old London), and fiancée to TODAY co-host Carson Daly, knows a thing or two about making killer, family-pleasing dishes. Her cooking blog, Siriously Delicious, is loaded with creative, indulgent recipes like Taco Pie with Winter Squash, Sea Salt Pumpkin Butter Cups, and Cheeseburger Stuffed Shells. “I love Tex-Mex dinners like burritos, tacos, and quesadillas, and I usually sneak chopped-up veggies like cauliflower or squash into whatever I'm preparing for [the kids]," Pinter, pictured above, tells InStyle.

Now, Pinter’s recipes and expertise can also be accessed on NBC’s newly launched TODAY Food Club, an interactive digital space in which everyday cooks can share recipes and techniques with each other, with experts and TODAY anchors weighing in, too. Along with a Kitchen Q+A section, the website offers monthly food challenges—November’s challenge, “Family Favorites,” invites Food Club members to share recipes that have been passed down through generations. “My favorite family recipe is my Aunt Pam’s Chalupas,” says Pinter. “My family has always loved to gather around food, and my Aunt Pam’s chalupas were frequently made whenever we were all together. It’s the perfect meal for a crowd, especially because everyone can customize their plate however they want.”
