A week after its release, the country crooner's album, Red, has sold 1.2 million copies—more than any album in the last decade. She follows Eminem, whose The Eminem Show sold 1.32 million units a week after its debut back in 2002. As soon as Nielsen SoundScan confirmed the number on Tuesday night, Swift tweeted: "They just told me Red sold 1.2 million albums first week. How is this real life?! You are UNREAL. I love you so much. Thanks a million." And this isn't even the first time the 22-year-old singer has sold more than a million copies of an album in the first week! Swift's "Speak Now," released in 2010, also broke the barrier—and guess who's the only other act to have two albums sell that many copies during a debut week? *NSYNC!
