Move over, Santa. Taylor Swift is here and she has done yet another amazing thing for one of her fans right in time for the holidays.

Delaney Clements is 13 years old and battling cancer at a hospital in Colorado. She is also a huge Swift fan. Well, Swift was on her way home to Tennessee for the holidays, but she couldn't not make a stop to see this very special fan of hers. Clements's reaction was absolutely priceless.

Next to a photo of her and the 1989 singer sporting matching red pouts she wrote, "I was just laying down taking a nap in my room when my mom said I had a visitor. And I thought it might just be another person coming to see how I was. Then suddenly the most amazing miracle happens... The Taylor Swift walked into my bedroom and spent the afternoon with me just talking and hanging!!!! I am beyond Blessed for everyone's help and support!!! Thank you!!!Happy holidays!!"

The Grammy winner was also clearly touched by the moment as she shared some pictures of the special day on her own Instagram account. She simply captioned a collage of photos with her and Clements, "Merry Christmas Baby."

Clements, who has a strong social media following, has a condition that recently worsened, prompting her friends and family to launch a social media campaign, #DelaneyMeetTaylor. Clements, who was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma at age 8, gives back quite a bit herself, as she founded the nonprofit organization Delaney Donates, which helps local families affected by cancer.

Clements's mother Wendy wrote on Facebook, "So happy for my baby girl. Thank you Taylor Swift for the best Christmas present ever."
