We caught up with Orange Is the New Black star Taylor Schilling at yesterday's Webby Awards and just had to ask about her fantastic hairdo. Schilling won the award for Best Actress for her role in the Netflix series at the ceremony and was more than happy to fill us in on the amazing asymmetrically parted lob (or long bob) she was sporting.

"Well, first of all my hair was dead so I needed to cut it off—but I just love the shape," said Schilling, who wore Sportmax (a line by Max Mara). Even better is the level of sophistication it lends to her look. "I think it makes clothes look good," she told "I just feel super polished!"

To create the super-slick look, hairstylist Ted Gibson started with a clean, deep side-part, and then applied Kerastase’s Elixir Ultime ($56; throughout her hair as a blow drying agent. He then blew Schilling's hair out straight with a flat Mason Pearson brush and followed by flat-ironing 1-inch sections of hair.
