Susie DeSanto Talks Nashville's Fashion Details From Season 2, Episode 7

Last night’s episode of Nashville did not fall short of twists and turns—and all our favorite country stars had the looks to match! Between Rayna’s (Connie Britton) newfound romance with Luke (Smash’s Will Chase), Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) trying to take control of her tour’s press, and Scarlett (Clare Bowen) heading out on tour with Luke, a lot happened—and that was just the ladies! “During the pilot, when we were working on what Rayna’s silhouette would be, we figured out what her stage denim was and what her most comfortable at home jeans would be,” DeSanto told InStyle.com of Rayna’s casual looks. “I found these AG Jeans in Nashville. It’s sort of a similar style to a Levi’s classic 501, those vintage 501s that are just unattainable, we use them in Rayna’s closet all the time.” Staples certainly make the best base of any wardrobe, and no one can ever have enough denim!
