Solange Knowles may be known for her cool girl fashion and trailblazing music, but she's also passionate about her family. Over the weekend, she proved that she isn't going to sit back and allow Internet bullies to get away with disrespectful comments especially when they are directed towards innocent children.

After a user commented on a photo of her son on Instagram saying, "So cute but at the same time he ugly," Knowles didn't flip out. Instead, she politely explained how criticism and judgment on the Internet is a huge problem. Knowles included in her response, "I don't fault you, I can only imagine why you would feel the need to say such things." Although the hurtful words caught the 29-year-old mother's attention, she was still compassionate and elegantly made her point. She went on to add, "I hope that this really resonates with you and you make better decisions in the future towards how you use your words towards innocent children." Her message was very powerful and it will definitely encourage so many to think twice before pressing send. Read her full response below.
