Ever feel overwhelmed by the 500+ million items eBay has to offer? Now you can shop its revamped marketplace that features curated collections by well-known tastemakers, making the site easier to navigate. With these newly organized collections (think Pinterest board-style), you can browse items hand-picked by curators like Solange Knowles, Pharrell Williams, blogger Joy Cho, and fashion designer Chris Benz. You can also create your own collections, and “follow” your favorite curators to immediately see recently added items in their feeds. Solange got involved with the project while searching for a Volkswagen camper on the site — she tweeted about her quest and eBay reached out to her about creating her own collections — and she thought the idea was inspired. One of her curated collections (which are all reflective of her personal style) features all audio equipment, from brightly printed deejay turntable slipmats to a set of lucite speakers. "Something like this is better than going into an audio store," Knowles told InStyle.com. "I kind of live by the school of belief that style should never suffer when it comes to something like audio equipment. Functionality and quality obviously matter first, but it's got to be cute!" A favorite item from her eBay collection? Colorful microphone grilles. "Every time I perform I can match my microphone to my outfit!" the singer shared. Shop all the curated collections and check out the new eBay at ebay.com now.
