To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Catbird could've channeled its inner Brooklynite and had a party. Instead, the resident cool-girl brand did what it does best: it made a pretty, dainty piece of jewelry—and it pledged to donate 20 percent of the proceeds to charity. The "Full Heart" necklace (pictured above), available now on, is part of the jeweler's Ten Year Collection, and features a heart-shaped pendant, available in sterling silver, 14kt yellow gold, or rose gold, that can either be left blank or engraved with a letter of your choosing. As is custom with most Catbird pieces, the pendants are meant to be stacked, either with an assortment of hearts, or other designs.

As a charitable component, the brand will award a portion of sales of the necklace to Girl Up, a United Nations Foundation campaign that provides education, health, and safety resources like school supplies, clean water, and health services for adolescent girls. "We designed this necklace as an expression of gratitude to everyone who has supported Catbird, so it felt right to have this also be a piece that gives back," founder Rony Vardi told InStyle. "As a company of women, we feel especially connected to Girl Up's mission. They're working to bring education to girls in some of the hardest to reach places around the world." Our heart is full.
