So where does the queen of romantic comedy turn to for inspiration? “Modern Romance. Lost in America. A New Leaf. An Unmarried Woman. The Way We Were, although that probably doesn’t count as a romantic comedy, but it’s certainly a romance,” she says of her favorite heart-swelling films.
