After the actress posted a selfie out in the sun on Instagram on Tuesday, a follower commented, "Too much Botox :(. Not needed Salma!" Hayek Pinault was quick to respond to the concern-trolling, writing, "I don't have Botox. But thank you for the advice because I was thinking maybe it's time." Talk about taking things in stride. Plus, even if she had gotten Botox, that'd be no reason to shame a stranger. Instead, however, Hayek has discussed her skincare routine at length, telling the New York Times in 2017, "I never cleanse my skin in the morning. My grandmother taught me that at night your skin replenishes all the things you lost during the day." She added, "I spritz rose water — it’s so gentle and wakes the skin up. Then I apply moisturizer. I have an oil from my line Nuance that I love. I don’t do sunscreen unless I’m going to be out in the sun all day." So there you have it: No Botox yet.
