Welcome to New York, Jimmy Kimmel.

On Monday night, Ryan Adams helped Kimmel kick off a week of shows in Brooklyn with a performance of Taylor Swift’s “Welcome to New York.” Last month, Adams dropped his recording of Swift’s album 1989, debuting at No. 7 on the Billboard 200.

Kimmel is broadcasting live this week from the Brooklyn Academy of Music’s Howard Gilman Opera House. On Tuesday, he’ll stream songs live from a special TIDAL X: 1020 concert at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, featuring artists like Jay Z, Beyonce, Usher, and Nicki Minaj.
