Why Reservoir Is the Best New Store Opening in Silver Lake
Welcome to InStyle ♥ Los Angeles! Throughout the month of March, we'll be highlighting the bounty of new boutiques, restaurants, and hotels worth braving the city's infamous traffic for. See everything we're loving about L.A. right now.
Silver Lake, Calif., knows a thing or two about hip boutiques. In recent years the ‘hood has become a mecca for creative types with enviable style and expertly edited shops. Silver Lake’s newest resident, Reservoir will be no exception. The soon-to-open concept shop from Aliza Zelin Neidich (formerly of Valentino) and Alissa Jacob, will house a highly curated selection of ready-to-wear clothing, jewelry, and home goods from more than 75 brands. Anita Ko jewelry, Janessa Leone hats, Iro jackets, Hellessy blouses, and Edie Parker clutches are among the gems Reservoir will offer when it officially opens its doors this spring.
If you have a hard time deciding what to buy while you’re flipping through the racks and eyeing the lust-worthy items on Reservoir's shelves (sneak a peek online or at its temporary pop-up shop at 154 South Robertson Boulevard in West Hollywood), you can take advantage of the boutique’s personal styling services. Then, when you’re tuckered out from shopping, recharge in its private, oasis-like courtyard. Need an item in a pinch? The shop even offers same-day delivery for L.A. residents who buy from their e-commerce site. Now that’s a service our busy lives can get behind.
