Today, we remember Cory Monteith, who would have turned 32. The actor, best known for his role as lovable quarterback Finn Hudson on Glee, passed away suddenly in Vancouver last July. Much like the high school football player, Monteith won us over with his friendly demeanor and sweet devotion to on-and-off-screen girlfriend Lea Michele, who he first met on the set of the Fox show. We can't help but remember one of our favorite Cory Monteith moments, when the couple got ready for the SAG awards together last year. The actor told us, "Lea's dress? It's stunning. I am the luckiest man!" The actor's final two films, All the Wrong Reasons and McCanick, premiered at the Toronto Film Festival last August. The latter demonstrated Monteith's impressive acting range as he took on the heavy role of a young criminal--a dark departure from the charismatic TV character we couldn't help but love.
