From Rayna's Party Dress to Juliette's Performance Outfit, Get All the Costume Details From This Week's Nashville

There ain’t no party like a Nashville party, and last night’s all-new episode proved that to be the case! After months of working on her label, Highway 65, Rayna (Connie Britton) celebrated its launch with a big industry party, and all of country music's biggest players were invited for the occasion. For the big event, costume designer Susie DeSanto made sure that Rayna was the belle of the ball, dressing her in a polka dot chiffon Gucci halter dress. “We wanted to make sure she was the star of the party,” DeSanto tells us. “It was romantic and feminine—a dress for a star.”

But she wasn’t the only one who was trying to make an impression. Never to be out done, Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) arrived at the bash in a sexy leather and lace Diane von Furstenberg design. “Juliette was going out to make a statement and get noticed,” reveals DeSanto. “She wanted to draw attention to herself and work the party, so she went all out.” And it wasn’t just her outfit that got her noticed—her announcement that she joined Highway 65 caused quite the stir. So much so that Rayna was forced to do some damage control the following night, inviting Juliette to play with her at the Grand Ole Opry.
