How to Take Braids to a Royal Glam Level, Starring Queen Letizia
Queen Letizia hardly ever skimps on glam, so it was no surprise that when she rocked a braided hairstyle to a dinner in Madrid Tuesday, she added her own chic edge to the look.
With her brunette locks swooped in the front on one side and swept into a chignon, the other side of her hair was styled in two braids flowing into the side knot as well. The Spanish queen completed her look with diamond chandelier earrings, a deep red hue on her lips, and a smoldering smoky eye.
As she headed inside of the event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the newspaper Expansión, Letizia flashed a smile, showing off her toned physique in a black Carolina Herrera dress embellished with floral detailing, and matching Magrit pumps.
The royal's look—which gave us style goals yet again—seemed to be a play off of her daughters' affinity for braids. Princess Leonor, 11, and Princess Infanta Sofia, 9, both have worn their hair in matching braided styles at various events.
Per usual though, Queen Letizia took the look to a whole other level, which is just one more reason why she's considered to be one of the most stylish royals around.
