Her wedding-day outfit was created by Angela Kelly, who also made the Queen's hat—a matching topper with handmade silk roses and apricot-colored leaves. “The Queen’s outfit is more clean lined than usual—the big buttons are missing," InStyle's fashion director Hal Rubenstein weighed in. "She actually looks rather sleek, with her now-standard female version of the top hat. Her silhouette is constant and unchanging, which is just as it should be.
