Proenza Schouler Is Launching Another Makeup Collection
Following the launch of Proenza Schouler's first fragrance Arizona, designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez are coming for your makeup bag—again.
The duo announced today that they've teamed up with Lancôme to launch a limited-edition fall makeup collection, out in July.
"Lancôme has always represented the epitome of luxury beauty products, so it is like a dream come true to be able to collaborate with such an iconic and historic brand,” the duo said jointly in a statement.
Aside from both the designers and the brand sharing the news on Instagram, there's no details about what products will be included in the range. However, according to WWD, McCollough and Hernandez were given carte blanche by Lancôme for their makeup creations.
Other designers that Lancôme has collaborated with in the past include Sonia Rykiel, Olympia Le-Tan, and Albert Elbaz, to name a few. This isn't the first time Proenza Schouler has partnered with a makeup brand: The duo previously released a limited-edition capsule collection with MAC Cosmetics in 2014.

That set of products focused on bold, daring colors like poppy lipstick and plum nail polish, in technicolor gradient packaging. Considering the unexpected color combinations seen in the designers' clothing, we expect their Lancôme collection to be equally as vibrant.
