Forget about wearing your heart on your sleeve—Pippa Middleton decided to carry hers. The royal-in-law stepped out for the British Heart Foundation's Roll Out The Red Ball in London yesterday, and she looked better than ever.

Middleton, who is the organization's Ambassador for Prevention, was on-hand to give the welcome speech at the event. She also hit the photo line at the Savoy Hotel, donning a black-and-white Tabitha Webb dress that perfectly complemented her toned figure. She completed her look with festive accessories, including a bright Radley heart-shaped bag designed specifically for the occasion ($184;, cherry red suede pumps, and a selection of delicate gold jewelry. A bold lip and side-swept updo finished the brunette beauty's ensemble.

But this isn't the first time Pippa has supported the charity—she participated in their legendary London to Brighton bike ride and has hosted several other fundraising initiatives for the cause.
