Designer Peter Dundas is officially departing from his post as creative director of Roberto Cavalli, WWD reports.

On Wednesday, the company reportedly introduced a new reorganization goal that includes shutting down its Milan corporate and design offices, shuttering select stores, and eliminating about 200 jobs internally. It also includes calling Dundas’s days with the company to an end.

“On behalf of Roberto Cavalli and our shareholders, we thank Peter Dundas for his contribution to the brand, and we wish him well for his future,” Cavalli Chief Executive Officer Gian Giacomo Ferraris said. “As Roberto Cavalli goes through a period of transformation, the design team will carry on and the appointment of a new creative director will be made in due course.”

Dundas was first appointed creative director in March 2015, and debuted his final spring 2017 collection this past September. Most recently, Dundas, who often spends time with A-listers like Kate Hudson, famously designed Ciara’s one-of-a-kind wedding gown.

We'll be waiting in anticipation of what’s to come.
