We like Patrick Dempsey, just as he is, but now we may like him a little bit more. Yesterday, the former Grey's Anatomy star shared a picture on his Instagram account that revealed he is on location in England shooting the Bridget Jones sequel, Bridget Jones's Baby.

In the photo, the actor looks dapper—wearing a black coat, cuffed jeans, and sneakers—as he stands with his legs crossed and leans on an umbrella. "Nice to be working in England. Renee and Colin are an absolute joy to work with!" he wrote in the caption. "A good couple of days rehearsing at Pinewood Studios. I really like it here!"

Dempsey is, of course, referring to Renee Zellweger and Colin Firth who starred in 2001's Bridget Jones's Diary and 2004's Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason, both based on the books by Helen Fielding. According to Deadline, in the third film Bridget finds herself unexpectedly expecting. It's unclear who the father is though at the end of the second film she was with Mark Darcy (played by Firth). But could Dempsey be playing a rival love interest for Bridget and the possible father of her baby? We can't wait to find out!

Hugh Grant, who also starred in the first two films, will not appear in this sequel as Daniel Cleaver. According to People, the movie will draw from Fielding's columns, but not from her 2013 book Mad About the Boy.
