Get ready Oprah Winfrey fans : the media mogul's first cookbook is officially on the way! Food, Health and Happiness: 'On Point' Recipes for Great Meals and a Better Life is scheduled to hit stores Jan. 3, 2017, according to the Associated Press.

"In the past several months on Weight Watchers, I have worked with wonderful chefs to make healthier versions of my favorite meals," Winfrey said in a statement. "When people come to my house for lunch or dinner, the number one thing they ask is, 'How is this so delicious and still healthy?' So, I decided to answer that question with recipes everyone can enjoy."

Winfrey, who has shown off her skills in the kitchen on her Instagram page (and snaps from her lush garden), has made it no secret she has a love for cooking. In addition to this cookbook, her personal chef, Rosie Daley, published In the Kitchen with Rosie: Oprah's Favorite Recipes in 1994, and 2008 The Oprah Magazine Cookbook included an introduction written by Winfrey as well.

While the announcement of Winfrey's cookbook is exciting for her foodie fans, we'll still have to wait for for her highly-anticipated memoir. Flatiron Books also revealed that The Life You Want has been postponed to an undetermined date. The former talk show host, who announced the release of the memoir last December, said the book was going to include never before told stories.

As we wait for an update on the memoir release, at least we'll have plenty of healthy comfort food to hold us over when Winfrey's cookbook drops next year.
