Olivia Munn Looks Like a SoCal Goddess in a Purple Chiffon Dress

Bare-all bikinis aren’t the only way to celebrate a picture-perfect poolside weekend. In fact, as Olivia Munn demonstrated on Memorial Day in Malibu, Calif., a covered-up ensemble can still help you take on plenty of sun-soaking rituals.

So how did the X-Men: Apocalypse star manage to once again dazzle sans swimsuit? The 35-year-old actress turned to Alberta Ferretti for a purple chiffon dress with woven detailing that not only appeared to be super comfortable, but could have easily translated from the beach to a sunset cocktail party. Her brown sandals complemented the piece well, and she added a statement-making choker, dangling earrings, a chain strap handbag, and reflective Linda Farrow sunglasses to complete her look. She also experimented with a different ‘do, twirling her long locks into tied-up braids.

And while her outfit alone would have made her day memorable, Munn spent the holiday hanging out with makeup artist friend Patrick Ta, who introduced her to the world of Snapchat.
