Kate Hudson's Brother Oliver Dishes on Their "Epic" Annual Halloween Party

As Wes Gardner on Scream Queens, Oliver Hudson has a knack for channeling his dark side—and in real life, the actor also loves all things spooky. On hand to celebrate the sixth annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Pacific Palisades, Calif. this weekend, the 39-year-old star took a moment to dish on Halloween and all of his and sister Kate Hudson’s highly anticipated holiday plans.

“Halloween is a family favorite. My sister and I have a party—usually every year—that I don’t pay for. I make my sister pay for it. But it’s always the epic party, and everyone goes all, all out. I can’t wait for Halloween,” he told reporters inside the event. “[Kate] usually does a theme, and sometimes we play within the theme. And sometimes I go outside of it. It just sort of varies. But if I have an idea, I will pursue that idea—aside from the theme. She’s a hot little number, and she’s going to do things that are going to make her and her friends look as sexy as can be. So it’s always like airline stewardesses, or there was a Game of Thrones theme where they were all like Khaleesi.”

The handsome star might not slip into an ensemble as scintillating as those Kate and her friends typically don, but he definitely has this year’s costume idea in mind. “I want to do a full prosthetic like fat suit to where no one even knows who I am or recognizes me throughout the entire party,” he said. Even if the annual fête doesn't happen this year (“We’re still debating whether we’re having a party or not,” he said), we’re keeping our fingers crossed for an invitation someday.
