In case you weren’t tipped off by the bright red and pink bags of candy in your local drugstore, Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Whether you’re a single lady or happily spoken for, a delicious, homemade love potion is definitely in order for the evening of Feb. 14. We’ll be mixing up the Lolita cocktail from popular L.A.-based bar Now Boarding. "We wanted to create the perfect beverage for Valentine’s night,” Steve Kelly, one of the bar’s founders, tells InStyle. “A little citrus and lemon to titillate the taste buds, and some rum for courage!" Try the recipe below.

2 oz coffee-infused Bacardi 8 Year Old Rum ($27;
Coffee beans
1 sugar cube 
2 dashes of spicy bitters 
Lemon and orange zest

1. To infuse the rum: soak coffee beans in the liquor for 24 hours, then strain out beans. 
2. Combine the rum and sugar cube in a tin shake and strain. 
3. Top with 2 dashes of spicy bitters. Add lemon zest and orange zest for decoration and added taste.
