Ain't no rest for a Victoria's Secret model. Nina Agdal has the kind of body #fitspo dreams are made of, and it's no wonder—the Sports Illustrated cover girl has a serious fitness routine, and one that she's dedicated to. How dedicated, you ask? Well, on a recent tropical vacation, Agdal took a break from relaxing to get in a quick beachside workout. And she did it in a bikini, no less. 

"No excuses #whatyousweatiswhatyouget," Agdal captioned a video of her bathing-suit clad exercise routine. In the video, the model shows off her workout prowess, completing push-ups, squats, knee jumps, and mountain climbers in one sequence. No wonder she look so good.
