Just a few months after Natalie Dormer (above) was named Women in Film and Max Mara’s Face of the Future Award recipient, the Game of Thrones star was honored at a star-studded bash in West Hollywood, Calif., Tuesday night, with fellow actors, friends, and industry goers heading to Chateau Marmont for a celebratory evening focused on women’s empowerment.

The woman of honor, who told InStyle she felt like she was giving “a nod to Katharine Hepburn” in the ivory Max Mara jumpsuit she wore to the event, was beaming as she dished to us about her award. “You don’t very often get a moment in your career where you get to take stock and look back and look forward all at one time,” she said. “So, it’s nice to have these contemplative moments with people that you love and respect all in the same room...I’m very proud to be associated with Women In Film.”

The award, which Zoe Saldana, Katie Holmes and more have received in the past, is presented to an actress each year who is experiencing a turning point in her career through her work in film and television, has contributed to the community at large and embodies style and grace.

Dormer’s friend, Sasha Alexander (below, right), who wore a red, lace-embellished Max Mara jumper to the event, was thrilled to celebrate Dormer’s accolade, telling InStyle, “I adore her. I adore her face.” The Rizzoli & Isles star added, “She’s a chameleon. You discover her in different ways. That’s why I enjoy watching her as an actress, and as a human being, she’s like that as well. She’s got a lot of colors. She’s full of life and adventure.”

Molly Sims (above, left) not only came out to support Dormer, but the host organizations as well, telling InStyle the party was “all the things that you want a night to be.” The model, who rocked a red Max Mara jumpsuit to the event, added, “And we love Max Mara. They dressed me when I was a no one ... I love people who [have] remembered me from the beginning.”

Inside of the fete, Sims mingled with Alexander and met up with her husband Scott Stuber, who she posed with for photos in front of a foliage-filled photo booth with another couple. The supermodel flashed a smile, before giving her man a kiss for one of the snaps.

It was a bit of date night for couples on hand, with Ashley Tisdale and her husband Matthew French also cuddling up at the photo booth, and Dormer and her fiancé, Anthony Byrne, mingling with guests at the event as well.

Those lucky enough to access the private garden terrace party via a Max Mara key card were treated to glasses of Champagne upon arrival, and numerous hors d'oeuvres, including ham and cheese bites, risotto balls, and mini cups of kale.

Selma Blair (above, left) and Emily Ratajkowski (above, right) were just a couple of the other celebrity attendees, with Blair stunning in high-waist, star-printed Max Mara pants and a black top. The Anger Management alum told us, “Any time you get to be around all these women, it’s a really big deal, and I think women are doing more and more in film, and need more and more support because they’re reaching greater heights.

The Face of the Future award is certainly a great start.
