Moschino creative director Jeremy Scott is known for his whimsical approach to high fashion, and it's safe to say that his latest collection falls right in line with that theme. Thursday night marked the official launch of the Moschino x The Powerpuff Girls collaboration, which has been hotly anticipated ever since fans got a small taste of it on the runway at Moschino's Milan Fashion Week show in September. Fashionistas like Empire's Serayah McNeill and fashion blogger Chiara Ferragni came out to celebrate at the official launch party, held at the Moschino store in West Hollywood.

The new collection includes an array of colorful pieces, from dresses to leggings, to handbags, all boasting the faces of Cartoon Network's vintage crime-fighting girl squad, Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup. "I just really wanted to think about how to iconize the girls", Scott told InStyle of his inspiration for the collection. "I wanted to really capture them and have something fun and colorful that could capture their spirits in that way."

Not only does the new collection inspire a twinge of nostalgia for any fan of The Powerpuff Girls, but it further solidifies Moschino's status as the go-to fashion house for fresh designs that are both stylish and fun. "I like to try to bring humor", Scott shared. "I feel like a lot of fashion is too serious and it doesn’t need to be." We couldn't agree more.
