When we caught up with the star at an event for Claritin (Driver is the brand's celebrity spokesperson), we asked her to reveal her secret to keeping her curls so healthy, and as it turns out, she has coconut oil to thank for her soft, defined ringlets."Every two weeks, I cover my head in coconut oil and I leave it on the whole day. I just put my hair up and wear a cap or I pin it all in," she tells us. "When I wash it out that evening, it's leaves my hair so soft -- there's just nothing I've found that's better. My hair drinks it all up." We're obsessed with the Cococare Coconut Oil ($3; walgreens.com), which is one of the purest forms we've found yet, and delivers a lot of bang for very little buck. When she doesn't have all day to indulge in a conditioning treatment, Driver turns to Ouidad's products for a quick fix. "They're specifically for curly hair, and they are the best products I've ever found," she adds. "The Define and Shine Gel Cream ($24; ouidad.com) is magical -- it has no silicone or buildup, it's just brilliant." The hybrid product perfectly sculpts each ringlet, minus the crunchy feeling thanks to its moisturizing formula. Check out even more spring hair must-haves in our gallery!
