Mindy Kaling Faces a Style Conundrum That We Know All Too Well

Mindy Kaling, she's just like us! The fashionable actress took to Instagram today to share her experience with a style conundrum we all know too well: can our favorite top be transformed into a dress? Like many before her, she was sadly faced with the reality that she couldn't pull it off–even though she desperately wanted to.

"When you think 'maybe my top can be a dress!' But you know it can't even if it's @creaturesofcomfort and it's your favorite color, canary yellow," she captioned the 'gram, which shows her standing in front of a full-length mirror trying on the cute sweater (below). While the oversize sweater doesn't work alone, we think it'd be perfect with a pair of skinny jeans.
