Miley Cyrus Shared a Message Through Her Outfit as She Delivered Food to Healthcare Workers

She and boyfriend Cody Simpson brought tacos to their local hospital.

Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Cody Simpson are doing their part to help make healthcare workers on the frontline of the global coronavirus pandemic comfortable.

The pair took some time out of their weekend to make a special delivery to some of the most important workers during this healthcare crisis: plenty of tacos!

"During a pandemic, we have to show love and support to all of the healthcare workers doing their amazing jobs," Simpson said in a in a clip posted to Instagram. "So, we’re doing a big taco delivery to our local hospital." He panned the camera down to show several boxes of delicious tacos being wheeled inside while speaking from behind a mask.

Simpson and Cyrus were seen in several photos in Simpson's Instagram post posing with all of their donated tacos, all rolled up in brown bags with a special message written on them. E! News reported a delivery of over 100 tacos to the Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, California.

"Thank you for your support & love. Stay strong!!!" the bags read, apparently handwritten by either Cyrus or Simpson. In one of the images, Cyrus wears a pair of Lou Dallas sweatpants emblazoned with the words, "savage capitalism". It's a poignant message in a time when many people are rethinking the systems that are breaking down during the crisis.

"Tacos for the incredible healthcare workers at our local hospital!" Simpson captioned the post. "So grateful for these true legends of our time dedicating their lives to battling this pandemic. Show some love to yours in your community!"
