The Duchess of Sussex prepped someone for an interview via video chat.

Meghan Markle has been using her time in isolation to lend a helping hand to others.

On Wednesday, Smart Works, the organization the Duchess of Sussex is a patron of, shared a video of her preparing one of their clients for an interview via video chat. According to Smart Works, the video call happened on March 27th, and Meghan can be seen wearing a burgundy sweater and golden necklace — one that has a special meaning.

The necklace she's wearing has been identified as Edge of Ember's Visionary Charm Necklace, which, according to their website, is "inspired by vintage coins found in Asia," and carry icons of good fortune.

"The Visionary Necklace bears a blue topaz evil eye to protects its wearer from negative vibes," the description reads. "It's got your back."

During the call, Meghan can be seen giving a young woman a pep talk in advance of an internship interview, telling her, "you seem incredibly confident and prepared, and I know everyone here is so excited, so when I was reading about what your interests are, especially with a big focus on mental health, I think that's excellent."

"I just wanted to be able to call in and tell you best of luck, and my fingers are crossed for you," she said.

Smart Works, which supports disadvantaged women re-entering the work force, worked with Meghan when she designed a clothing collection for the organization.

In addition to the surprise call, the duchess recently participated in a Zoom call with the members of the Hubb Community Kitchen in London, and has been spending time in L.A. volunteering to deliver meals to the needy with Prince Harry.
