Meghan Markle Wears the Perfect White Dress 1 Month Ahead of Her Wedding Day

Just a month out from the most highly anticipated event of the season (the royal wedding!), Prince Harry and fiancée Meghan Markle met with delegates of the Commonwealth Youth Forum, an organization that recently appointed Harry as ambassador.

On Monday, the 33-year-old royal delivered a speech at the Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting in London, expressing his delight over his bride-to-be's future involvement. "I am incredibly grateful that the woman I am about to marry, Meghan, will be joining me in this work, of which she too is hugely excited to take part in," he said.

The Prince put that promise into action on when he and Meghan stepped out on Wednesday. The pair complemented one another in off-white frocks; Markle in a pinstriped and belted button-front Altuzarra dress ($1,995; net-a-porter.com), a black Camilla and Marc blazer, double-strap stiletto Tamara Mellon pumps ($475; shopspring.com), and a black and white striped cross-body bag; Harry by her side in a heather gray blazer and black slacks, a white shirt and skinny navy tie pulling the look together.

The fact that Markle is tagging along on royal engagements ahead of her wedding speaks volumes of the royal family's confidence in her. According to People, it's "unprecedented" for a royal fiancée to attend events concerning the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.

Even more shocking, Markle recently celebrated Commonwealth Day alongside Queen Elizabeth. In the weeks leading up to Kate Middleton and Prince William's 2011 wedding, Middleton didn't make a single public appearance with the reigning monarch.
