Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Shared a New Photo of Baby Archie in Their 2019 Roundup

From baby Archie to new charity ventures and a move to the countryside, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have had a pretty monumental 2019 together, and they're celebrating it with a video roundup featuring a new photo of Prince Harry and Archie together, looking cozy in knit hats and neutral outerwear.

On Tuesday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a video roundup of their favorite 2019 moments, writing, "Wishing you all a very Happy New Year and thanking you for your continued support! We’ve loved meeting so many of you from around the world and can’t wait to meet many more of you next year. We hope 2020 brings each of you health and continued happiness."

They also included Coldplay's "Speed of Sound" in the video and gave the band a nod, writing, "Special thanks to Chris Martin and @Coldplay for allowing us to use one of their songs." (Prince Harry is known to love the band and has even gotten on stage with them before).

According to royal reporter Omid Scobie, the photo of Harry and Archie was taken during the Sussexes' time in Canada, which makes sense, given the outdoor backdrop and cozy jackets.

Meghan and Harry have been spending the holidays in Canada with her mother Doria Ragland this year.

“The decision to base themselves in Canada reflects the importance of this Commonwealth country to them both,” the Palace said in a statement. “Whilst this email confirms the country they are taking their family time in, for security reasons we will not be releasing any further details and request that their privacy is respected.”

“The Duke of Sussex has been a frequent visitor to Canada over many years, and it was also home to The Duchess for seven years before she became a member of the Royal Family," the announcement continued. "They are enjoying sharing the warmth of the Canadian people and the beauty of the landscape with their young son.”
