The Duchess of Sussex, who’s currently away on her Australian royal tour, opened up about how she is dealing with her pregnancy side effects, comparing her experience to being jet lagged. On Friday morning, locals welcomed Prince Harry and Meghan to the iconic Bondi Beach where the royal couple participated in an “anti- bad vibes circle” to discuss mental health issues. Meghan bonded with a fellow expectant mother, 35-year-old Charlotte Connell, by discussing how her pregnancy is affecting her sleep. “Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,” McConnell, who is 23 weeks pregnant, told the Evening Standard. To get her through the exhaustion, the mom-to-be seems to be turning to her favorite workout. The royal has cited her mother, yoga instructor Doria, as responsible for kick-starting her love affair with yoga. The Duchess of Sussex has already had her 12 week scan, meaning she’s done with her first trimester. But with about six months left till she gives birth, we have a feeling she'll be doing a lot of downward facing dogs.
